  • Custom Orders: We welcome custom designs. Provide drawings or samples, and we will quote, design, mold, and sample according to your specifications.
  • Lead Times:
    • Custom samples: 20 days after receiving mold and plate fees.
    • Minimum order: 500 pieces.
    • Production: 22 days after receiving a 30% deposit.
    • Delivery: 26 days total, with the remaining 70% payment due before shipping.
  • Products in storage: We will send them in 3 business days.
